Kelsea Shayko is a dedicated and detail-oriented client service associate at Raymond James, supporting the Mahler Wealth Management team with a strong emphasis on client service and operational excellence. With nearly a decade of experience in the financial services industry, Kelsea brings a strong background in client relations, administrative excellence, and project coordination.
She began her career at J.P. Morgan Chase Bank in 2016, progressing from personal banker to senior administrative assistant, and later to executive administrative assistant. She then advanced to a project manager role, taking on the challenge of coordinating events across 26 states.
In May 2025, she joined Raymond James, where she continues to apply her strengths in organization, communication and client satisfaction. In her current role, she supports client accounts, prepares meeting materials, manages schedules and contributes to marketing efforts. Known for her responsiveness and attention to detail, Kelsea ensures clients receive timely, accurate and meaningful support.
Outside of work, Kelsea enjoys puzzles, crafting with her Cricut, coloring, reading and relaxing with a good TV show. She lives in Kirkersville, Ohio, with her husband, Andrew, and their son, Holden. Her favorite quote, “Never celebrate success until you know how you got it,” reflects her thoughtful and grounded approach to life and work.
